Does the binary for Samsung(R) Exynos 4412 work for normal tablet with Samsung(R) Exynos 4412 processor, or development kit only? Which device exactly should i purchase? If I want to develop secure world code for that, do i need to sign some special development license with Samsung?

I find that on microvision there are two models MV4412TAB-APP and MV 4412-LCD both based on Samsung Exynos 4412. Which one should i purchase for porting OV's code? I contact with sierraware, but they said the BSP is different with OV and the license is quite expensive. Is it possible that I can get the source code of OV for Samsung exynos 4412?
